Failure to follow these conditions may result in your order being cancelled.________________GENERAL☆ Please provide all necessary information/details/references before making your purchase. I need to know with certainty that I can fulfill this order for you beforehand! Not doing so will result in a cancellation of your order until you discuss these matters with me; unfortunately, descriptive text and words will not be accepted, seeing as it is difficult to adapt to your personal vision without a visual reference. Additionally, I have the right to decline anything I’m not comfortable with.☆ If you do not have any specific details for poses, outfits, etc., I am happy to help pick these out for you. However, once we agree on this information, you cannot go back and make excessive changes afterwards; having specifics prepared is preferred for this reason.☆ Once your purchase is made, your initials and commission type will appear on my queue. ☆ Politically-Themed Art (with minor exceptions)________________PAYMENTS☆ Please make your full payment upfront.________________PROCESS AND REVISIONS☆ I allow three minor revisions with one major revision during the rough sketch phase. After the sketch has been approved, any major revision will require an additional fee.________________DEADLINES AND DELIVERY☆ Depending on the length of my queue, commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to a few months from start to finish. This could be shorter or longer, but you will be notified of changes regardless.☆ If you need a commission by a specific date, please note this. Rush placement on the queue requires a small fee! I have a full-time job, alongside doing commission work and conventions, so this is extremely important to discuss with me.☆ I work hard to give you updates on a weekly basis because communication is key in my eyes! However, bear in mind that conventions and full-time work may not make cause small delays. Otherwise, any delays will be conveyed to the commissioner if necessary.☆ Your final work will be sent to you as a PNG file bearing my signature. Regardless of what commission type you received, your final work will have my signature on it. Please do not remove my signature from this file out of courtesy.________________INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & PERSONAL USE☆ By commissioning, you are purchasing my hard work! You will always have ownership of any original characters, but the copyright to the illustration itself is not transferred to you. I retain all rights to the work, including, but not limited to the following: distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion.☆ If for whatever reason you would like for me to refrain from posting your commission on my social media for promotional causes, this must be discussed prior to acceptance of your commission.☆ You have my permission to use your commission as an icon or banner on social media (Facebook, Instagram, AO3, Discord, etc.). You also have my permission to post your commission on social media. However, please tag me in your post, as I would love to follow, give likes, and boost your page! :)☆ If you are interested in getting my art tattooed on you or commissioning a piece that will be used as a tattoo, please talk to me about this!! I love tattoo art and would be more than happy to make a special arrangement for a tattoo-based commission!☆ You do NOT have permission to use my art for commercial purposes or publications. If this is something you are interested in, please bring this up to me in DMs.☆ You may not use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Under NO circumstances is my art allowed to be used to feed AI. You will be blacklisted if you are caught using my work in any of these ways.________________REFUNDS☆ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. You will be notified of this.☆ You may cancel your commission after notifying me first. If you have yet paid for your piece or if I have yet started, this is the best time to contact me on this.☆ If your work is in progress, there will strictly be no full refunds.________________Note:
